The 3rd edition of the independent watch show hold at the end of August reached a huge success establishing itself as an important momentum for the watch industry.
It is still very young, passionate, and motivated. Maybe this is the secret of the huge success of the 3rd edition of the Geneva Watch Days, the Swiss independent watch show that brought together 33 participating brands pushing back the horizons of the usual trade shows with its innovative format and unique state of mind.
Open, engaging and unifying: the Geneva Watch Days remained true to its original concept and once again found a new and refreshing echo in the international community. Thus, Geneva Wacht Days has not only established itself as an important momentum for the watch industry, but is more than ever in tune with our times – a global and decentralized event, self-managed and open to the public.
Inaugurated by the State Counsellor for the Economy of the State of Geneva, Mrs. Fabienne Fischer, the event saw the participation of more than 1,200 watchmaking professionals from all geographic zones, Europe, the USA, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America, and more than 2,500 unique visitors. A strong progression compared to the year 2021 which was still marked by the pandemic.
Looking at the growing and significant interest, the participating brands unanimously agreed on the continuation and possible expansion of the operation, in keeping with the founding spirit that drives it: flexibility, agility, quality and conviviality.
