Majesty 175 is the splendid flagship of shipbuilder Gulf Craft, launched in 2021 with great success. The shipyard has made great technological breakthroughs thanks to its commitment and dedication in the search for original solutions, challenging conventional concepts about the choice of materials for the construction of large superyachts.
With a length of 56.40 m and beam of 9.62 m (31 ft 6 in), she is a splendid model for innovation and the use of composite materials, and is the world’s largest composite-built production superyacht as an MCA-LY3 yacht over 500 GT (780 GT to be precise).
The incredibly efficient hull of the Majesty 175 has a draught of just 2.1 metres, giving it greater access to enchanting coastlines such as the Bahamas and the Caribbean, and making it easier to gently drop anchor. The Majesty 175 can effortlessly cruise low-draft areas, drawing just 2.05 metres of water, making her ideal for shallow draft destinations such as Islands.
Her exterior and interior design has been penned by award-winning studio Cristiano Gatto Design Team in Italy, with the assistance of the Yankee Delta studio, which put the finishing touches to the naval architecture. Its clever layout over four decks has been designed to accommodate and entertain 14 guests in 7 sumptuous, skilfully prepared cabins, with a timeless and functional design and warm, relaxing interiors, in synergy with the timeless exterior design of the yacht.
The Main deck fully embodies her style and warmth. Standout features are the generous spaces and the overall quality with which the entire yacht has been built. A welcome cocktail awaits guests on their arrival, who can all be comfortably seated as they listen to the captain’s introductory remarks before the anchor is raised.
An airy Foyer leads to a cosy and bright Main Saloon with its large formal dining table for delicious lunches and intimate gala dinners, served by the Pantry and Main galley, cleverly concealed by a door for the utmost privacy.
On the same deck there is a Gym for morning training sessions or simply to get rid of excess calories taken on during the days on board.
Forward are two easily reachable VIP cabins. Access to the other cabins is via a convenient lift connecting the Upper deck and Lower deck, where 2 Double rooms and two Twin rooms are located at the prow, ideal for younger guests. A large hatch opens aft to reveal a Beach Club, ideal for safe diving and having fun with the on-board water toys.
The Owner’s deck is all about relaxation and privacy from bow to stern. A Private Aft deck has a dining table seating 10 guests, a private lounge with bar counter, its own pantry and an Owner’s office, located in front of a beautiful Master room with 270° views, with its own walk-in wardrobe. On the outside there is a splendid infinity swimming pool 7 metres in length, where you can cool off in the utmost privacy at any time of the day.
Going up to the Wheelhouse deck, possibly via outside stairs that link all the decks, we come to the technological and functional Wheelhouse, where the Captain coordinates the onboard activities of the 10-member crew. There is also an operations office and the Captain’s cabin, where he or she can rest and be ready to deal with any emergency.
On this deck there is a space aft sheltered from sea breezes, ideal protection against intense sun rays or rain and high winds, ideal on beautiful sunny days in the cooler seasons. If on the other hand you are looking for a golden tan there is an open space, which has a retractable hardtop sunroof.
The crew moves with absolute discretion from their rooms forward of the Lower deck without interfering with onboard life.
Majesty 175 is a de facto superyacht, complete with all the features needed for healthy fun and relaxation.
Mohammed Hussein Al Shaali, Chairman of Gulf Craft, expresses his satisfaction about this surprising vessel: “The Majesty 175 is the jewel in our crown; she was an ambitious project for us, and we were confident that producing a yacht of this size would redefine industry standards and affirm our position as an innovator in the use of composites,” he says. “Since its unveiling, the Majesty 175 has captivated the global yachting community with its innovative composite design and engineering. We at Gulf Craft are incredibly proud to see the Majesty 175 continue to gain international recognition amongst yachting enthusiasts with its unique features and capabilities that have set a new industry-wide benchmark.”
Majesty 175, utilising advanced technology and powerful engineering, is propelled by two 2012 HP MTU engines, and draws power from two 175 kW Kohler generators. With its low fuel consumption and large fuel tank (61,503 l / 16,247 US gal) it has a range of 4,000 nautical miles, and an ability to travel long distances.
She was built in the world’s first fully-integrated design and production facility, a 462,000 sq ft facility in Umm Al Quwain in the UAE. The yard has already gained international status, however, and the presence of Gulf Craft, founded in 1982, is growing in dealer networks globally. All the signs are positive as regards new projects and technological challenges in the future. The challenge is open!
