Eagerly awaited like a celebrity for its first official appearance at the traditional MYS 2017, the Monegasque yacht show now reaching its 49th edition, JUBILEE showed her full length (110.1 m / 361 ft), taking centre stage as one of the event’s top yachts. Built with the utmost care by Holland’s OCEANCO, one of the few shipyards in the world capable of designing over 100-metre long megayachts, JUBILEE won a number of awards in several categories. Positioned as one of the most sought-after and admired yachts in September, she is somehow wrapped in a mystery due to the little information disclosed.
Of the few official pictures available none has been posted on the Web yet to maintain secrecy, giving rise to inevitable curiosity and amazement, as anticipated by the outer lines designed by Igor Lobanov who is no stranger to visionary ideas and modern lines aimed at creating a new and original vision of large-sized boats featuring extreme design.
Clean and sharp lines featuring a combination of light blue and white colours elegantly matching the woodwork of the By Oceanco with Lobanov Design and Sorgiovanni Designs multi-level decks embedded in stylish ultramodern architecture.
The extensive installation of dark windows throughout the perimeter conjures up the large indoor space available for the lucky 30 guests this megayacht can accommodate in 15 staterooms, including an entirely private Owner’s deck.
The rare pictures of the interiors hint at the sophisticated and secret lines, with awesome light effects by the Australian interior designer Sam Sorgiovanni Designs, resulting from extreme finesse and sophistication endeavours aimed at providing the most welcoming experience for the guests onboard.
JUBILEE’s distinctiveness lies in the fact that it is the largest yacht ever built in The Netherlands with a multitude of incredible features perfectly integrated in a unique and architecturally challenging design which creates a remarkable visual effect of multi-level decks.
All comforts typical of this type of megayachts are available, including a long swimming pool with a large beachclub, many relax areas, a helipad meeting the highest standards to ensure a quick transfer of guests carrying luggage.
The fact that nothing interferes with the yacht design is also noteworthy, with an oval Jacuzzi fitting in the sundeck design and tenders sliding open at request.
Jubilee came to life from a project developed in 2012 based on the insight and support of Burgess Yacht, the well-known broker company that today fully operates this magnificent pearl, ready to set sail for the Caribbean, Mediterranean or other pleasant and warm sea locations as it is a fully turn-key project completely outfitted at delivery, including all Owner’s supplies; tenders, spares, watersports equipment, china, crystal, silverware, table linen, sheets, loose furniture, cushions, etc.
